About “Workflow Action Handler”
Some workflows include lots of actions and customization complicated and automated via various plugins.
This app helps to know what actions are added in each transitions of workflow and also helps to search exact transition that you want to find.
With this app, user can directly edit and delete multi-actions with some clicks.
Basic Features
Able to find all actions added in a workflow
Search actions to find out
Providing action info about what actions are added in transitions
In workflow edit mode, able to edit or delete actions selected
Except Jira bundled action plugin, Plugins to add actions like “JSU, Scriptrunner, JMWE and so on” display “commercial plugin” in this app UI.
Developer Team is planning to support to display this infomation exactly.
Installation
Search “Workflow Action Handler” in Marketplace of Atlassian or “Manage Apps” in System menu
and then, you can download and install this app
How to find the feature of “Workflow Action Handler”
Go to Any Workflow
System Menu Icon → Issue → Workflow → Select “any Workflow” regardless of active or inactive
Select “View or Edit” of a Workflow you need to handle
Then, You can find “Action Search” button as below

→ This app shows all customized action for each transition in workflow.
Search Options
Action Name : able to see all action name in the workflow, select multi-name to search
Action Type : able to select
Plugin : Basically providing bundle plugin and other commercial plugins to add actions
Transition : Able to select all transitions actions are added
Action Handling
: Add Grouped Condition
By selecting the function, you can skip below action, and
User can go to below configuration dierectly.
: Edit Action
By selecting this function in action value in Action as below figure,
user can go to “update and edit” mode directly.
: Delete
By selecting this function, user can delete an action selected.
After that, select “publish” to confirm it

ex, In Progress(11) - this transition means status to status number
When pressed “ In Progress(11)”, user can directly move to the transition
