Background

  1. In Jira, basically project members are focusing on the created issues and struggling to clear any obstacles and risks reported as issues.

  2. We have thought there is no place to suggest new features or ideas, opinion and share useful information or light joke and so on.

  3. So, developed “Bulletin Board in Jira” to raise any information and share useful articles and posts

Main Features

  1. All Jira Projects have independently single bulletin board only for project members permitted.

  2. All project members within a project can add new post and comment, and also view all posts, but not able to edit and delete for the posts that other members added.

  3. Not permitted users for the project cannot visit and view any posts in bulletin board.

  4. Project administrator can manage the bulletin board and register any post to Notice (Pin to Top).

  5. Only Project administrator, System Administrator can delete all posts in the project bulletin board in order to remove useless posts like degrading or speaking ill of others or incorrect news, information.

  6. In the post, any project member can input any articles and opinion including photos and links from the external.

  7. The max size of each posts is 2 MB(re-adjustable to 10MB) and once exceeded the size in a post, not able to save with notice.

  1. Bulletin board design will be changed as Post it design

  2. Backup project bulletin as json format

  3. Import and export posts

  4. Any posts can be an issue

  5. History - Audit (Updates and Delete)

  6. Bulk control (Delete or Handling)

  7. Filtered opinion or suggestion from end-users
