Scenario 1.

User wants to find specific action which “only assignee can handle the action” in Control action.

and After find it, select Edit the action to change from “only assignee” to “specific group” for the action in the transition.

Step1. Go to the workflow and set “Edit” mode

and select “Action Search”

Step2. Find “Control Action” that want to edit by search option

Step3. Edit the Control Action to what you want
