Bulletin Board in Project

Since installed the Bulletin Board Plugin, you can find “Bulletin Board” at the left panel of project menu.

Post List View

  1. Post Number Limit : User can change post number in a page (5 → 10 → 20 → 50)

    1. Post Number Limit will be reset once user leave bulletin board screen.

  2. Search Posts : User can search posts with words specified within subject or contents

  3. Add a Post : Any Project member can add a new post

  4. Post list : User can see all posts ordered by date (Recently updated Post will be located at Top.

  5. List Paging : User can move to next page or final, prior page by these option.

Add a Post

  1. Input a subject of a post : User can input summaried title as a subject

  2. Size of post : The size limit of each posts is 2MB to 10MB. Once the size exceeded the limit, not able to save the post.

  3. Set as Notice : This option is valid only for Project leaditrator. By checking this option, this post will be located at the top as an announcement or notice for all project members.

  4. Rich Text : User can decorate the contents by utilizing rich text option

  5. Contents : Body of Contents can freely write sentence by using rich text option.

    1. User can only upload images within allowed size limits.(Adjustable from 1MB to 5MB)

    2. Linked images is not calculated into the limits. (If the network is open to the external, then even large image, link and display images by copy and paste.)

  6. Back to List : Able to jump to the post list by this option.
