Configuration in System Menu For plugin

Manage Apps → BULLETIN BOARD for Jira

Default Value is OFF (Project Manage should request “enable project” to system administrator
Select the project to enable a project at “Choose enable project”
Click “Enable” for the project selected, then the project will be enabled
Enabled Projects will be listed as shown

Subject	Text length	128 Byte	upto 256 Byte	adjust a subject’s text length
Project Setting	Enable Plugin	OFF	OFF ↔︎ ON	Bulletin Board is only the enabled projects are available
Permission	Bulletin Board Admin	Project Administrator in Permission Scheme & System administrator	Delete all posts, but not able to edit all posts. Only writer(Owner) can edit a post	Set a Notice or Announcement from any posts

Writer(Owner) + Project administrator + System administrator
Only Writer can edit and delete their own posts
Project administator & System administrator can delete any posts in project to prevent from wrong information & degrading or speaking ill of others or incorrect news and so on.
